Arctic Star did a great job in helping us select and install our windows. The windows have made such a difference in the temperature of our house. The installers were very professional and cleaned the entire worksite, leaving it as they found it. They are highly recommended! We subsequently had Arctic Star install two additional windows and they did not disappoint. Their work is top notch and they leave the work site clean and removed all the old materials. Why is there frost on the inside of my windows?
Usually the glass is too cold: older double-pane or single-pane units let the inside pane drop below the dew point, so moisture freezes on it. Triple-pane glass keeps the inner pane much warmer. Running a bathroom fan and keeping humidity around 30–35% in winter also helps.
