Yes. Manitobans can apply for Greener Homes Grant and get $250 per window (rough opening in the wall). All our windows are eligible for this grant. Many of our customers have successfully received their grants. Also there is a rebate from Efficiency Manitoba for $50 per window. Our windows qualify for that, too.

Will the new windows help reduce Manitoba Hydro bill?

Our windows are Energy Star rated as Most Efficient and they are designed to reduce your energy bill and save your hard earned money.

Will the new windows eliminate condensation?

No. Replacement windows won't eliminate condensation. Condensation will likely occur in energy efficient windows as well. The best way to reduce condensation is to keep relative humidity at your home at around 30%. Sometimes, in cases of high humidity levels, we recommend our clients to install a storm door to prevent the door handle and the lock from freezing.

How can I tell if I need to replace my windows?

If your windows are excessively fogging, they 25 years or older, the handles and locks stop working properly and you see moisture or condensation between the panes, then it means it's time to replace your windows.

What is the best time of the year to purchase new windows?

January and February are the best time to purchase new windows. The best time for installation is between May and October.
