i have nothing but amazing things to say about Acrtic star windows! the process was very organized and easy right from the beginning, booking the initial visit, down to the installation. The whole process only took about 1.5 to 2 months with shipping, but they were quick and excited to schedule the install (within a few days to a week of the products arrival). Also, the visits only about 30 minutes to discuss or sign papers (Anatoly will meet you just about anywhere, he is very accommodating). Anatoly and the crew are all very knowledgeable, easy to work with and easily accessed if you have questions. i also found them very friendly and accommodating. i had 3 windows replaced by Arctic Star Windows, it only took them around 2 hours, and they confirmed with me my preferences. they were very happy and welcoming professionals who came to install.
